Our story

Cosmic Cookies is the brainchild of self taught American/Portuguese baker Jen Pinto.
Jen started baking cookies before the age of five helping her mom to bake for special occasions.
Baking was a place of childhood joy, inspiration and creativity. By the age of twelve, cookies became Jen’s specialty; especially her chocolate chip cookies that schoolmates were always asking her to bake. In adulthood baking was set aside for many years as Jen went on to pursue a career in “Hollywood.”
She spent two decades working closely with celebrities as a public relations agent.

Free time was scarce in those days, but Jen still gravitated towards baking her cookies for friends whenever she could. Baking would always be her first love.
After moving to Lisbon two years ago, Jen finally had the time to reconnect with her childhood passion of baking and Cosmic Cookies was born.

Cosmic Cookies are American style cookies made with high quality and wholesome Portuguese ingredients.
An American/Portuguese hybrid, much like the baker herself.
Cosmic Cookies are inspired by the heavens and are an out of this world treat made with love.
